Box Office Services

The Santa Cruz Civic Auditorium must be responsible for the administration and accounting of all tickets sold for events which take place at the Auditorium. Services include ticketing in advance at the Civic Auditorium Box Office and “Santa Cruz Tickets” outlets (UCSC Ticket Office and SantaCruzTickets.com). The Auditorium will staff the Box Office during the event and the Auditorium management will provide a ticket audit upon the conclusion of the event. Santa Cruz Tickets Fees and Services. Lighting, sound, staging, visual equipment,
pipe and drape, and misc.

Equipment rates vary -- call 420-5240. IATSE stage hand labor for sound/lighting/rigging varies dependent on production needs (2006 Rates and Conditions, Revised Rates as of 10/08). Visit www.iatse611.org for more tech info.

Insurance Certificate required for all events. May be obtained through the Civic Auditorium, call the Auditorium Manager for price quote. Stage technical personnel costs to be determined.

PAYMENT: All proceeds due to promoter will be mailed within three weeks following the event.

Rates for Sideroom rentals are flat rate if associated with larger Auditorium event, or hourly if not associated with Auditorium rental.

After 4:00 p.m. and weekends, tenants will be charged an additional $15.00 per hour. All sideroom rentals subject to cancellation.
